Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· ITIL, understanding Incident and problem management, event monitoring. CIS communications engineering expertise. Working with tools, such as, Zabbix, Spectrum, Truesight, NGenius, Performance centre
DUTIES/ROLE:
· Part of a 24/7 shift system responsible for Real-Time Monitoring and Event Detection. Reactive Event Handling. Incident Coordination and Escalation. Level 1 Technical Support through the use of command line and engineering tools
