Ms. Dimovski is an experienced leader with 14+ years of professional experience in IT Services and consulting, including approximately 10 years continuous involvement in NATO frameworks and deliverable contracts. She has direct management experience with NATO agencies such as NCI Agency, HQ SACT, SHAPE, CMRE, and etc. Ms. Dimovski also has approximately 8 years of experience in leading recruitment, delivery, and operations teams, as well as working directly with key stakeholders and clients, to ensure all the goals of a contract and project are achieved and met within scope and budget. She has a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and is ITIL v3 Foundation, and PRINCE 2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner certified.

Petkov holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and several prestigious certifications, including PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management, Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), VSP Foundation, and Google Project Management. With his extensive experience, proven track record in high-value contract acquisitions, and specialized skill set, Petkov is well-positioned to drive sustained sales growth for the organization. His unique perspective and broad understanding of various business landscapes enable him to effectively lead the sales team and navigate complex procurement processes.

Proven expertise in collaborating with multiple NATO agencies, such as NCIA, NATO HQ, SACT, SHAPE, and CMRE, to support mission-critical workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives. Adept at navigating complex hiring environments, managing high-stakes recruitment processes and teams, and ensuring compliance with international defense and security standards. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, bringing a unique blend of analytical, strategic, and cross-cultural communication skills to the recruitment landscape.

Head of Delivery

Ms. Elena Djika has been actively delivering contracts and working in support of various customer organizations for over 5 years. Ms. Djika has experience delivering IT services to NATO HQ, SACT, NCI Agency, EUROCONTROL, and EIB. She has expertise in conducting detailed analysis and forecasts, developing and controlling budgets, managing LOE contracts, and delivering strategy briefings. She manages the full range of financial and contractual aspects of over 250 task orders annually, including contract negotiations and reviews. Ms. Djika has a Master's in Business Administration Degree and a PRINCE 2 Agile Foundation Certificate.

Mr. Bojan Zdravevski has been active in the defense industry for over 8 years. He is a competent Personnel Operations Manager and leader, engaged for over 8 years in servicing ICT contractors in the NATO contracting environment. Mr. Zdravevski has over 5 years of experience leading operational teams responsible for the whole lifecycle of contractors, management of operational budgets for effective development and improvement initiatives as well as developing strategies for improvement of operational efforts. Mr. Zdravevski has a Bachelor of Law Degree, IT Fundamental Program for recruitment staff, as well as an HR Academy certification.

Mr. Octavian Grecu is an experienced Project Manager and IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industries. Mr. Grecu has been successfully managing and coordinating major design and implementation projects such as NCI and DCIS within time and budget. He is skilled in customer operations management, customer relationship management up to the CxO level, IT Service Management, People and Project / Program Management with a consistent track record of achieving customer milestones. Mr. Grecu has a bachelor's degree in computer science, PMI PMP certificate, as well as ITL Service Design, Service Operations, Strategy and Continual Service Improvement Certificates.

Experience supporting NATO contingencies and Department of Defense personnel across various countries has honed Jamaal's ability to navigate and manage cross-cultural dynamics, ensuring an inclusive and diverse recruitment strategy. Jamaal is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Jamaal has earned a Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in Conflict Management and an M.A. in English Literature, Jamaal possesses a deep understanding of business theories, ethical practices, and the critical importance of clear, persuasive communication—skills that are vital for attracting top talent and promoting a company's brand effectively. Jamaal has also earned a Master's in Business Administration/Technology Management, which has equipped Jamaal with the analytical tools necessary for strategic decision-making, underscored by a thorough understanding of business and technology integration.
