Oracle developer

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Proficient knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL programming in Oracle 19c Database. 3+ years of experience

·       Knowledge of XML

·       Knowledge of JSON

·       Experience in development of REST webservices in an Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) / Oracle Application Express (APEX) environment

·       Familiar with Oracle Analytics Publisher

·       Technically oriented university degree (information management, electronic engineering, etc.) or equivalent completed advanced vocational training

·       Deep understanding and technical knowledge of the ICT infrastructure & security services (directory services, database, PKI, firewall, etc.), latest software technologies

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

·       Excellent drafting and communication skills

·       Understanding of project management methodologies and tools (PRINCE2) and service management (ITIL)

·       Experience in working in an international organization or environment

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Develop webservices

·       Assist and support migrating Oracle reports to Oracle Analytics Publisher

·       Engage with stakeholder

·       Provide status report for the work done in each assigned task

·       Document the work done so it can be used from other colleagues once the work has been handed over

·       Provide support and document the work done for security approval/accreditation purposes
