Business Services Project Manager for CDT Capability Coherence Section

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Demonstrated relevant experience (8+ years) in the area of Digital Transformation, specifically in Business Services (HR, Finance, Procurement), and large-scale ERP implementation programs

·       Proven experience in program management and project management

·       Proven experience in delivering ERP and Business Services projects delivering clear value in large international organizations, including data platforms

·       Strong ability to interact with, manage, and influence senior executive stakeholders

·       Strong communication skills in English with the ability to develop (in written-form) and present complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

·       Experience working in NATO and understanding of relevant NATO policy

·       Experience with market solutions in the domain of business services and ERP

·       Experience with commercial cloud provider platforms and/or on-premise cloud platforms

·       Proven ability to navigate complex multi-national environments (e.g., NATO/military contexts)

·       Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), IT Governance (e.g. COBIT) and service management (ITIL)

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Project Management, Stakeholder Management and Communication Management

ü  Managing projects and initiatives: Execute project and program management of business services initiatives. Ensure delivery of scope within time and budgetary constraints

ü  Stakeholder management: Engage regularly with stakeholders across NATO entities, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and others, to promote synchronized efforts toward harmonizing enterprise business services

ü  Documenting: Develop and maintain documentation artefact necessary for any of the outlined tasks

ü  Managing risks: Maintain risk and issue registries, propose mitigation measures, and address challenges to enhance the successful delivery of business services transformation

·       Leading the Business Services Transformation Office

ü  Office operationalization: An initial setup will be required to ramp up the Transformation Office. This involves outlining the objectives, identifying and putting in place the resources, and defining the methods of working

ü  Leading the office: Be the lead of the transformation office and main PoC within CDT for the Business Transformation across NATO Enterprise

·       Business Services Advisory (SME Role)

ü  Providing CDT staff with ad-hoc advisory on topics within the domain of business services, ERP implementation, and relevant technology considerations based on industry experience and best practices
