SharePoint & Knowledge Management Administrator

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in:

ü  SharePoint environments

ü  UX/UI improvements within SharePoint

ü  Implementing secure SharePoint environments for security-sensitive or regulated industries

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Current ASO SharePoint Assessment and Analysis

ü  Review the current SharePoint structure, permissions, and usage

ü  Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

ü  Collect and review ASO requirements

·       SharePoint Redesign and automation

ü  Redesign SharePoint pages to improve standardization, usability and user experience, using current IKM (Information Knowledge Management) best practices

ü  Optimize navigation, document libraries, metadata structure, and content organization

ü  Identify workflows and processes that can be automated

ü  Implement automated workflows and processes

ü  Review and implement role-based access controls and permission structures

·       Finalization and Knowledge Transfer

ü  Provide technical and functional documentation for the SharePoint handover

ü  Present final result to ASO steering committee
