Cloud Software Factory Lead

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Technical Skills:

ü  Deep expertise in AWS (or Azure/GCP) cloud services

ü  Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)

ü  Advanced proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)

ü  Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog)

ü  Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)

·       Experience Required:

ü  5+ years in cloud engineering or architecture

ü  5+ years in technical leadership roles

ü  Proven track record designing and implementing cloud solutions

·       Required SLP level 3333

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Coordinate overall Cloud Software Factory (CSF) operations

·       Provide technical leadership and integration across DevSecOps, data, AI, and networking domains

·       Act as the primary technical liaison with Government stakeholders

·       Integrated, coherent CSF operations

·       Regular technical status and risk reporting

·       Governance artefacts (standards, workflows, documentation practices)
