DUTIES/ROLE:
· Coordinate and perform triage to Level 3 related to
o Troubleshooting of Enterprise System Management, Event Automation, and Correlation, Integration and Collaboration tools,
o Support number of tools primarily from CA, Splunk, Cisco, and Broadcom,
o Support in the creation and maintenance of the Network Management Systems,
o Perform development, implementation and supporting Linux/Windows platforms,
o Participate with the customer in various tests regarding the NCI infrastructure,
o Support and consultation of NCIA Federated Mission Network (FMN) compliancy,
o Support and consultation of NCIA Approved Field Product List Support (AFPL),
o Ensure change management processes are applied as per NATO SOP,
o Prepare deployable network assets in accordance with system design documentation,

· Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Service for equipment under warranty,
· Fault Analysis and repair on Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU),
· Coordinate troubleshooting instructions to L1 & L2,
· Produce detailed engineering specifications,
· Coordinate Level 2/Level 3 On The Job Training (OJT) and education,
· Provide technical, fault and resolution information for weekly/monthly service reporting,
· Create and maintain all network documentation not limited to: cable plant, configuration, spares, as built, and network diagrams,
· Analyze required information and documents,
· Provide expert support to incident handlers,
· Contribute to define network design policies, philosophies and criteria
· Evaluate risks, threats and consequences.
