Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Bachelors degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience

·       Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post

·       Experience in workforce planning and resourcing

·       Proven experience in managing business planning, performance reviews, employee recognition programmes, and CPO-related documentation (e.g., contract renewals, tour extensions)

·       Background in overseeing IWCs, Service Contracts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

·       Experience in guiding performance management and learning and development activities

·       Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate conferences and workshops

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Contributes to the development of the workforce planning approach

·       Assesses the current state of workforce skills, capabilities, and potential

·       Evaluates future workforce demand for skills based on business plans and external factors

·       Supports the development of workforce plans to ensure the availability of appropriately skilled resources to meet organizational objectives

·       Maintains a comprehensive skills and capability inventory, performs gap analysis, and identifies strategies to address workforce shortfalls

·       Oversees and reviews the implementation of workforce plans. Resourcing

·       Analyses resource requests to determine tasks, skills and effort required

·       Measures effectiveness of resourcing processes and implements improvements

·       Plans and manages the acquisition of and deployment of resources to meet specific needs and ongoing demand

·       Oversees and supports the execution of resourcing activities in collaboration with managers and teams

·       Adhere to recommended tools for planning, scheduling and tracking resourcing activities

·       Studies and evaluates the audit trails of various operational processes

·       Participates in the testing, review and analysis of existing internal controls

·       Applies new technology-based solutions to specific internal control processes

·       Completes, files and maintains forms used for internal control documentation

·       Makes recommendations for the enhancement of certain internal controls
