IWC Logistics Support Asset Management

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       EBA Oracle knowledge is a must

·       IT assets minimum knowledge

·       5+ years-experience in LOG

·       knowledge of LOG/Asset Management NATO rules is a plus

·       well organized

·       driving license is a must

·       forklift handling license is good to have

·       likes to work on the field BUT also update admin information in our database

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Logisitics:

ü  receive equipment in EBA

ü  label equipment

ü  organize transport to Tech Support

ü  handle the return of replaced equipment

ü  transfer equipment out of account holder's BL in EBA - transport returned equipment to CSSC

ü  process the disposal (letter preparation for ROS)

·       CIS assets inventory:

ü  support physical wall-to-wall inventory if required

ü  coordinate inventory with AHs

ü  update the AHs database

ü  search in systems/physically when assets not found

ü  handle turned-in equipment, including disposal

ü  chase AHs if their EOT date approaches

ü  make sure all accounts have valid AH, if not search for one
