Provision of Helix ITSM/ITAM Capacity Services

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       All resources providing services on the contract shall have English level as STANAG 6001- 4333 - the equivalent of C1/C2 – (Listening Comprehension: Expert (4), Speaking, Reading Comprehension and Writing: Professional (3) levels)

·       Bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited institution and 3 years function related experience or Certificate of completion of upper secondary or equivalent education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 4 years post related experience

·       Three or more years of documented engineering experience with IT Service Management based on BMC Helix ITSM (ver.20.02 or later), BMC Helix Discovery (ver. 20.02 or later), BMC CMDB (ver. 20.02 or later) and BMC Smart Reporting (ver. 20.02 or later)

·       At least 3 years of hands-on engineering experience with IT Service Management integrations based on BMC Helix ITSM (ver. 20.02 or later), BMC Atrium Integrator, RestAPI, WebServices and other

·       Script and integrations code development

·       BMC Helix Discovery administration and development (version 20.02 and higher)

·       BMC Remedy ITSM Suite administration and development (version 20.02 and higher)

·       At least 3 years of hands-on Power BI development with strong DAX and Power Query skills

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

·       BMC Certification in BMC Discovery, BMC CMDB and BMC Smart Reporting

·       Experience configuring and customizing the BMC Discovery. Solid understanding of BMC Discovery and ITSM architecture including load balancing, high availability, scalability, and fail-over solutions

·       BMC Certification in IT Service Management based on BMC ITSM Suite, BMC CMDB and BMC Smart Reporting

·       Experience configuring and customizing the BMC CMDB. Solid understanding of BMC CMDB and ITSM architecture including load balancing, high availability, scalability, and fail-over solutions

·       System Management and Administration knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems

·       Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

·       BMC Certification in BMC ITSM, BMC Atrium Integrator, RestAPI and WebServices development

·       Experience with paginated reports, Power BI dataflows, and ETL tooling

·       PowerBI Development Certification

·       Experience using BMC Helix ITSM and BMC CMDB data in PowerBI

·       Experience integrating Power BI with BMC Helix ITSM/CMDB data sources and building semantic models

·       Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement and training skills; familiarity with RLS, security and governance

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Within the allocated FTE capacity, the Contractor shall provide comprehensive design and development services including, but not limited to:

ü  Architecture and Solution Design for BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, Integrations, and Power BI Reporting

ü  Configuration, customization, development, and enhancement of platform components

ü  Integration development (including APIs and third-party systems)

ü  Data model optimization and CMDB structuring

ü  Automation design and implementation

ü  Technical and functional documentation

ü  Unit, integration, and system testing

ü  Technical advisory and engineering consultation

ü  The Contractor shall provide all necessary technical and functional expertise to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the Purchaser’s architectural standards and business objectives
