DEX Monitoring Services

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Academic qualifications: vocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience. At least eight (8) years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the service.

·       Personnel assigned to deliver the ControlUp Enterprise Monitoring Service shall possess:

·       Proven experience supporting large enterprise workstation environments 

·       Subject matter expertise in Windows workstation management and troubleshooting

·        Experience supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments 

·       Experience using enterprise monitoring tools such as ControlUp or equivalent 

·       Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 

·       Experience in issue management and Root Cause Analysis 

·       Subject matter expertise with enterprise monitoring platforms such as ControlUp Experience supporting environments with more than 10,000 workstations

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

·       Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL

·       Subject matter expertise in automation or scripting to improve operational efficiency

·       Experience supporting multinational enterprise environments 

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Provide skilled resources SME in ControlUp On-Premises monitoring and workstation troubleshooting 

·       Maintain monitoring configuration and alert thresholds 

·       Perform proactive remediation and issue management 

·       Provide reporting and continuous service improvement recommendations
