Configuration Management

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Practical experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management activities (SACM) as described in ITIL

·       Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio

·       Practical experience as licence manager

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       The IWC will be responsible to create and maintain up to date the CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our customer CAOC TJ

·       The CMDB is composed of network diagrams and rack layouts, among other documentation

·       The IWC will be also responsible to control the mobile phone lines and terminals and act as software licence manager for the CSU
