Intelligence Capabilities Project Manager

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·         Demonstrated project management experience in defence, intelligence, or multinational environments

·         Strong understanding of Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance fundamentals including biometrics, identity intelligence, process exploitation dissemination (PED), collection management, enterprise intelligence services, and data‑centric security

·         Experience coordinating with ACO stakeholders including Joint Force Commands, SHAPE, and multinational stakeholders

·         Familiarity with CPP and NSIP governance, outcome‑based acquisition, and RFI/RFP development

·         Ability to manage contractors, technical teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders

·         Strong communication skills for senior‑level reporting and governance documentation

·         Experience supporting capability development, requirements refinement, and operational integration

DUTIES/ROLE: 

·         Provide project management oversight for multiple Intelligence Capabilities projects

·         Lead planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

·         Prepare governance documentation and reporting for CPP and NSIP

·         Coordinate delivery activities with ACO, SHAPE, NHQ, and other NATO bodies

·         Ensure alignment with outcome‑based acquisition and support IFB development
