AIRC2 Instructor

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·       Advanced knowledge of ICC, JTS, FAST System combined with in-depth experience of course delivery towards user and operators of the system mentioned

·       Deep knowledge and experience of NATO's doctrine and standards relevant to Common Operations

·       NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification preferred

·       Knowledge and experience with NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure

·       Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids

·       Experience working in an international environment with Military and Civilian elements

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

·       Knowledge and experience with NCI Agency

·       Knowledge and experience with the NCI Academy

·       NATO CIS technical Course Developer or equivalent qualification

·       Knowledge of and experience with other existing NATO C2 and Functional Services (MCCIS, LC2IS, INTEL FS, etc.)

·       Operational experience to perspective the user courses to real world scenario

DUTIES/ROLE:

·       Successful delivery of training iterations as a Mobile Training Team (MTT) or at the NCI Academy in Oeiras

·       Successful adaptation and updating of training material in accordance with the latest version the given system updates available remotely

·       The portfolio of courses covered under this agreement are the following courses (which includes the supporting Course Control Documentation, course schedules, training materials and assessments), as defined in the NCI Academy Catalogue

ü  9073-JTS/FAST Combined User Course

ü  9074-JTA/FAST Data Manager Course

ü  9011- Joint Targeting System User

ü  9010-ICC User Course

ü  9008 Fast User Training

·       Each course delivery iteration shall include:

ü  Preparation - Review training package, perform minor updates on courseware, and validate the training environment, accounts, access and exercises before delivery

ü  Training delivery - Deliver the agreed training, including theoretical content, demonstrations and practical exercises, and support participants during the session

ü  Completion and feedback - Complete agreed assessments, collect participant feedback and provide attendance/results and a short training completion report

·       Routine training material maintenance required to support course delivery is included in the Course Delivery iteration price. Major course adaptations, structural changes to the training package or development of new training content will be performed by Academy staff and are outside the scope of the standard course preparation

·       During their initial contract, contractors may serve as assistant instructors, supporting training conducted by experienced instructors in order to acquire necessary skills and become familiar with the NCI Academy training standards
