Electromagnetic Warfare & Surveillance (EW&S) Project Manager

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·         Nationally recognized/certified university qualification on management/ economics

·         Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 3 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post

·         Must demonstrate expert knowledge of project management principles and practices

·         Must demonstrated expert level knowledge of PRINCE 2 or similar management framework

·         Must have experience in using enterprise management system and enterprise resource planning systems

·         Must have experience with the NATO procurement process

·         Must have experience of deployment of NATO equipment to NATO trials and exercises

·         Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years)

DUTIES/ROLE: 

·         Management of EW&S projects through monitoring and reporting

·         Support meetings of multidisciplinary teams and technical and operational stakeholders

·         Participate in technical and operational meetings, providing secretarial services

·         Manage internal resources

·         Support the preparation of periodic project management reports

·         Support deployment of EW&S systems and prototypes into military trials and exercises including being at the trial/exercise site during execution

·         Provide meaningful input to the areal lead for managing EW&S projects
