EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·         3+ years of work experience relevant for Wellbeing and Inclusion

·         Experience of managing, delivering and supporting projects including interventions and initiatives

·         Experience of managing different communities such as employee networks/Staff Resource Groups

·         A fast learner and able to pick up new concepts and strategies with ease

·         Experience engaging with stakeholders of all levels, including Leadership

 

DUTIES/ROLE: 

·         Lead a number of ongoing Wellbeing and Inclusion projects, such as the Wellbeing Fairs 2026 and the development and rollout of an Agency Psychological Safety approach

·         Manage all Wellbeing and Inclusion Communities and oversee all their activities/communications, ensuring coherency with our strategy and consistency across all communities, and identifying opportunities for collaboration

·         Support in the development of the 2025 Annual Wellbeing and Inclusion Report, including the collection and analysis of relevant data, and upskilling of relevant stakeholders

·         Develop and deliver Wellbeing and Inclusion briefings/awareness sessions and support with the overall learning approach, including development of learning materials and collaboration with Corporate Academy

·         Coordinate the creation of internal and external communications materials such as brand identity packs for Staff Resource Groups, How2Guides, checklists, brochures, toolkits etc.

·         Lead and support in other OD&C activities and projects as necessary for the delivery of our CPO Operational Plan commitments
